Designation: SailPoint IDN Consultant
Location: Huston, Texas – Remote

Required Skill: IDN, SailPoint Primary
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the Development and delivery of new Integration, Features, Rules, Workflow, Tasks,
needs, and functionality on the SailPoint IDN Platform.
2. Install, customize, configure, and support Identity Provisioning and Governance Tools.
3. Develop the creation process of new audit reports, templates, and ad-hoc and run current audit
reports for SIX, PCI, and CONI for specific applications.
4. Implement new code into UAT and Production for system development lifecycle processes.
5. Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting.
6. Champion problem management best practices, drive root cause resolution & reduce future
incidents.
7. Identify risks and issues and develop recommendations that address significant risks and complex
issues.
8. Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
9. Participates in production support on call rotation, especially on the most complex issues.
10. Collaborates with vendors on root causes and helps drive mitigation or elimination actions for
future incidents.
11. Participate in software design meetings and analyze users’ needs to determine technical
requirements.
12. Identify opportunities for process improvement and effectively present them to decision-makers.
13. Update progress to project schedule to track/measure the fulfillment of the aligned task.
14. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
15. Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a highly dynamic
environment.
Required Skills:
1. Ability to communicate between business customers, business analysts, system analysts, and IT
software engineers.
2. Customer-facing experience (Including, but not limited to, status updates, and navigating
complex/sensitive scenarios)
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, tam player with proven collaboration skills, critical
thinking, and problem-solving skills.
4. Must be able to describe and communicate access control security policies.
5. Ability to communicate between business customers, business analysts, system analysts, and IT
software engineers.
6. Customer-facing experience (Including, but not limited to, status updates and navigating complex /
Sensitive scenarios)
7. Experience capturing requirements, document systems, and design.
8. Problem solving, and critical thinking.
9. Excellent Oral and written communication with presentation skills.
